Bradley is the Manager of Technology and Data Services at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of Charlotte, NC. Prior to becoming the IT Manager for TPR, Brad specialized in data management for a “Big Four” Health Care Advisor practice. Mr. Juopperi primarily utilizes his background in technology & data analysis to address issues such as ensuring healthcare clients receive the proper reimbursements from Medicare or properly receiving all funds charged to patients. This involves working with clients and healthcare experts throughout the country to properly analyze complex sets of data and address any data anomalies.

Brad specializes in working as the data management and analytic lead for TPR. He brings over 6 years experience developing data analysis scripts in ACL for numerous engagements. This scripting includes multi-industry data analysis audit support with over 5 years specific to the healthcare industry. His programming detects data anomalies in large, complex data sets with application of business rules developed through interaction with clients, fiscal intermediaries, and internal healthcare teams. He has created programs for a variety of healthcare projects, which include DSH, ESRD, Charge Capture, Organ Acquisition, Bad Debts, Wage Index, and IME/GME. Brad has also developed proprietary programs to query the CMS HCRIS Database to identify potential opportunity for providers. His experience also includes working with Medicare 835 forms and building numerous extraction models to retrieve data from a variety of healthcare reports that are not readily available in a useable format.

Bradley graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2003, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Decision & Information Science. Bradley also graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s Degree in 2004, from the University of Florida, majoring in Decision & Information Science.
