Christina Bianchi

Manager Regulatory Finance

Christina has more than thirteen years experience in the health care industry. Four of those years were spent working in the accounting and finance operations of a skilled nursing facility; the next seven years were spent working on consulting engagements involving data management, reimbursement, and financial analysis and modeling; and the remainder working on Medicare Disproportionate Share engagements.

Prior to joining the team at Third Party Reimbursement, Christina was a Senior Healthcare Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before her career as a consultant, she was an Assistant Controller for an organization with two skilled nursing facilities with 591 beds, an independent living community with 120 units, adult day services, and a transitional care unit.

While consulting, Christina was involved in numerous Medicare Disproportionate Share engagements for hospitals in North Carolina and across the U.S. She has also been involved in a Due Diligence analysis, assisting a university with a healthcare acquisition, including building proforma financial statements for preliminary negotiations, and researching critical data elements provided by the target. Christina has worked on three hospital acquisitions where her focus has been managing and building efficiency models for analysis of post transaction savings. She has also built and worked on five hospital financial models involving five-year estimates of reimbursement and expansion of capital or services. Since joining Third Party Reimbursement, Christina continues to be involved with Disproportionate Share engagements for hospitals in various states.

Christina has a BS in Accounting as well as an MBA from St. John Fisher College
