Keith Bray

Director-Finance and Regulatory

Keith Bray has nearly 25 years in healthcare experience. Most recently he was the Director of Healthcare Reimbursement for MedCath Corporation responsible for all third party regulatory issues for up to 13 hospitals. Prior to joining MedCath Keith was a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers primarily working on contractual reserve adjustments, cost report preparation and Medicare Disproportinate Share projects.

Keith also has experience as the Reimbursement Supervisor for the Carolinas Healthcare System where he assisted in preparing and reviewing cost reports for the various hospitals in the Carolinas Healthcare System.Prior to moving to North Carolina Keith worked for hospitals located in Northeastern Pennsylvania where he was responsible for multiple reimbursement functions which included organ procurement, residency programs, home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities.

Keith graduated from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
