Michael J. Polito is a Principal/Owner at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR), and serves as a Principal Member of the Reimbursement Alliance Group, LLC. Mike is a native of Northeastern PA and is currently based out of Charlotte, NC. Mike has over Thirty years of health care experience with an extensive background in revenue enhancement, operational change, and federal and state regulatory and reimbursement issues. Prior to creating TPR, Mike served at the Director level for a “Big Four” Health Care Advisor practice. In total Mike has eleven years experience with a big four firm, four years experience with the Fiscal Intermediary in NEPA, and fifteen years owning and operating TPR Solutions.

Mike directed the preparation and analysis of numerous Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for a wide range of facilities, including acute care hospitals, home office, rural health clinics, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, home offices, and outpatient rehab facilities. While working with a big four firm Mike successfully developed and rolled out nationally services and products for the firm in addition to providing leadership for the firm and exceptional client service.

Mike has been involved with Medicare and Medicaid federal fraud investigations. As part of the fraud investigations, he worked closely with the defense teams and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Mike has also testified as an expert witness, on behalf of a clients, on Medicare reimbursement principles at the Provider Reimbursement Review Board.

This unique blend of technical and business experience has helped to develop Mr. Polito into a high level performer, and a valued industry resource for his clients, attorneys, and colleagues across the country. Mike is the father of three amazing children and enjoys and values spending time with his family as much as possible. In his spare time Mr. Polito is actively pursuing the completion of his Pilots license for personal fun and adventure. Other passions include working with youth athletics in his community and providing mentorship and a path to success in life through the dedication and hard work of athletics.

Tracey Roland is a Principal at Third Party Reimbursement (“TPR”) Solutions, LLC.  Prior to joining TPR in 2018, Tracey was the founder and served as President of INTEGRITY Regulatory and Reimbursement Services, LLC for 10 years.

Tracey has over 28 years of health care financial experience with an extensive background in revenue enhancement and federal and state regulatory issues for Hospitals and Health Systems.  Prior to starting her own company, Tracey worked 8 years for Ernst & Young LLP (E&Y). She served as a regulatory practice leader in their Hartford, CT and Iselin, NJ offices.

Tracey was credited for developing E&Y’s national Medicare wage index services and she also served as a lead instructor for the E&Y’s beginner through advanced reimbursement and compliance courses.  Tracey is a frequent presenter at both northeast and national healthcare conferences.  She reviews and prepares Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, performs hospital consolidation and acquisition analyses, evaluates federal and state reimbursement and files appeals & re-opening requests.

Tracey represents hospitals in negotiations with third party intermediaries during entrance and exit conferences and throughout the appeal process.  In addition, she has served as a liaison between her health care clients and Congress.

Keith is the Vice President of Business Development at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC and has been entrusted with expanding TPR Solutions, LLC services and relationships into new markets throughout the country. He has more than 25 years in business and business development with 14 years at TPR helping not-for-profit and for-profit health systems improve their Medicare and Medicaid services. 

Keith specializes in our national initiatives and group appeals. He has helped organize successful group appeals and firmwide projects that have delivered successful outcomes with participants for both Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. 

Keith is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and has a Master’s Degree from Iona College.

Daryl is a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of Charlotte, NC. 
The Strategic Initiatives practice was created to assist clients as they navigate through regulatory changes and the corresponding reimbursement opportunities. Regulatory changes and potential operational changes require thorough analysis and a holistic approach to ensure all impacts are projected before any strategy is implemented. Daryl’s experience involves identifying, researching, and quantifying these available strategies as well as determining optimal timing for execution.

Prior to joining TPR, Daryl specialized in data management for a “Big Four” firm and has over 20 years of experience in serving client needs and analyzing data.

Daryl graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2003, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He also graduated with a Master’s Degree in 2004, from the University of Florida, majoring in Decision & Information Science.

Nick is the Chief Financial Officer for Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (“TPR”) and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office.

Nick is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of industry experience.  His areas of expertise include strategy, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions.  He has a successful track record leading teams through various stages of the business cycle including start up, merger and acquisition, and exit.  

Prior to joining TPR, Nick served as Interim CFO for private-equity backed healthcare companies focusing on Value-Based Care including Heart and Vascular Partners and Novocardia.  Prior to his private-equity experience Nick served as CFO for one of the nation’s largest Nephrology practices.  He was also the Director of Internal Audit for a publicly traded company where he had global responsibility.  Nick founded his CPA and consulting firm in 2020 after almost 20 years of industry experience.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Georgia Southern University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  He also holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mark is the Director of Finance and Regulatory at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of TPR’s Charlotte office.

Mark joined TPR as an Associate and has been serving client needs since 2009. He rapidly expanded his regulatory knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement. 

Mark specializes in wage index reviews and Medicare / Medicaid Cost Report compilations, completing over 500 wage index projects and over 120 cost reports in his career; assisting clients through Historical Wage Index and cost report Benchmarking Analysis projects, as well as Graduate Medical Education and Indirect Medical Education Reviews and Medicare / Medicaid Bad Debt projects, Geographic Reclassifications, Medicaid DSH audits, Nursing and Allied Health Assessments, S-10 Assessments, and Third Party Reserves.

Loren is a Director of Finance and Regulatory for Third Party Reimbursement and is based Valdosta Georgia.

Mr. Dyer has assisted clients in various aspects of their overall reimbursement as a trusted advisor to ensure the correct reimbursement for Medicare disproportionate share (DSH), Rehab low-income pool or (LIP) payments, bad debts, allied health, meaningful use payments, wage index, and multiple other aspects of cost reporting to ensure accurate payment. In addition, Mr. Dyer has provided interim staffing services, Medicare and Medicaid audit assistance, cost reporting services, and liaison services between the State and the Medicare Area Contractor (MAC) to ensure client desired outcomes. 

Before joining TPR, Loren most recently served as Director of Revenue & Reimbursement at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) in Tampa, Florida for eight (8) years.

Mr. Dyer’s experience includes eight (8) years at TGH, two (2) years as Manager of Reimbursement at the Moses Cone Health System in Greensboro, North Carolina, five (5) years at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia as Manager of Reimbursement, three (3) years as Manager of Reimbursement at Integrated Health Services Inc. Home Health, two (2) years as Auditor at Aetna Life and Casualty – Medicare Fiscal Audit Intermediary, and two (2) years at Ernst & Young – Certified Public Accountants. During these 35 years Mr. Dyer has focused on healthcare Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement and Finance primarily focused on Hospital Medicare Reimbursement.

Travis is a Director of Regulatory and Finance at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC and is based out of the Charlotte, NC office.

Travis has over twenty six years of healthcare finance experience specializes in assisting hospitals and healthcare systems in reimbursement and regulatory issues impacting healthcare. His experience includes but is not limited to wage index/ occupational mix analysis, Medicare Disproportionate Share, Medicare Bad Debts assessments, Third Party Due Diligence, Post-Acute Care Transfer Assessments, Medicare and Medicaid Cost Report Review.

Prior to joining TPR, Travis spent twelve and half years with a “Big Four” firm where he directed engagements around the country for hospitals and healthcare systems with regulatory issues. Prior to his experience with the “Big Four”, Travis spent four years with a major not-for-profit healthcare system in the Carolinas working in Corporate Accounting and Reimbursement departments.

Travis graduated from Western Carolina University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Dave is a Director of Finance and Regulatory issues at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of St. Louis, Mo.  

Dave has over 30 years of healthcare finance experience, specializing in Area Wage Index and Graduate Medical Education reimbursement issues.  Prior to joining TPR Dave worked for 20 years with Ernst & Young and Crowe LLP, providing and directing reimbursement engagements throughout the country.  His primary responsibilities were leading and managing their wage index programs.  While with Crowe LLP, Dave developed the Wage Index Navigator (WIN) software which was utilized by over 100 hospitals in the nation.  He has provided training at corporate conferences and national webinars on Area Wage Index.  Previously, Dave worked with BJC Health Care in St. Louis, primarily managing the system’s GME reimbursement encompassing over 750 FTEs and 75 ACGME accredited programs. 

Dave’s education is from the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  He has been accredited as a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP) for many years.

Ann is a Director of Finance and Regulatory at Third Party Reimbursement, Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of Iowa City, Iowa.

Ann joined TPR in June of 2022 and has over 10 years in healthcare reimbursement and over 20 years accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning experience. Prior to joining TPR, she was the Senior Director of Revenue & Reimbursement for University of Iowa Health Care and was responsible for all third-party regulatory issues, revenue integrity and the hospital and physician chargemasters. 

Ann specializes in Medicare Cost Report reviews, including Transplant, Graduate Medical Education, Nursing and Allied Health, Medicare Bad Debt, Medicare Disproportionate Share (DSH), and Third-Party Reserves assessments.  She is also experienced with Medicaid Cost Reports, Medicaid DSH audits and Medicaid financing.

Ann graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  Ann is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Iowa.  She also holds a Certified Health Financial Professional Certification with HFMA and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC-A) certification with the AAPC.

Prior to joining TPR, Kevin spent the previous 3 years at Deloitte LLP as a manager in their healthcare consulting practice. In addition, Kevin also was a manager at Ernst & Young LLP for 10 years as a manager in their healthcare consulting practice. He also worked as an auditor in audit and reimbursement for a Medicare Fiscal Intermediary (Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield).

Jaclyn Reinoso has recently joined the team at Third Party Reimbursement (“TPR”) Solutions, LLC in 2024 as a Senior Manager - Finance & Regulatory.  Prior to joining TPR, Jaclyn was the Administrative Director of Graduate Medical Education at Mather Hospital Northwell Health, Port Jefferson, NY for over 6 years.  

In 2005, Jaclyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree at SUNY Cortland.  In 2009, she received her degree in Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Dowling College-Oakdale, NY.  Jaclyn has over 15 years of exeperience in graduate medical education leadership.  Prior to her joining Mather Hospital Northwell Health, she was the Director of Graduate Medical Education at NewYork-Presybterian Queens for 8 years.   

Jaclyn brings comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in healthcare graduate medical education leadership and administration.  She has a strong background in graduate medical education compliance, oversight, accreditation, agreements, new teaching programs, site reviews, contract negotiations, recruitment, credentialing, budgeting and management.   

Jaclyn currenty resides with her daughter in Long Island, NY where she grew up.  She enjoys the seasonal changes on Long Island.  She spends most of her time cheering on her daughter whether it is on the field at a lacrosse tournament or on a stage at a dance competition.

Jennifer Nencetty is a Senior Manager at Third Party Reimbursement (“TPR”) Solutions, LLC. Prior to joining TPR, Jennifer worked at Stony Brook University Hospital as the Assistant Director of Reimbursement. At Stony Brook she coordinated all reimbursement issues for the hospital and its two affiliates. Jennifer is based out of our TPR Melbourne Beach, Florida office.

Jennifer has over 35 years of health care experience with an extensive background in federal and state regulatory issues for Hospitals and Health Systems. Jennifer has worked at several large teaching hospitals in both New York State and North Carolina as well as for the MAC as a Medicare auditor.

Jennifer has presented at the Metropolitan New York HFMA meeting as a Medicare Cost Report presenter. She reviews and prepares Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, completes all audit requests for the NYSICR audits and Medicare audits, and reviews files for appeals & re-opening requests. Jennifer also acts as the liaison between hospitals and both Medicare and KPMG in the resolution of audit issues during entrance and exit conferences.

Paul is a Senior Manager in the healthcare regulatory consulting practice at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions (TPR) based in Atlanta, Georgia.

With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Paul focuses primarily in the regulatory environment, assisting large healthcare systems, Academic Medical Centers, Critical Assess Hospitals with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement services and other related consulting projects. Specific client services includes Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reporting, Wage Index Assessments, Third Party Accounting, Medicare Bad Debts.

Prior to joining TPR, Paul spent the previous 6 years at Crowe LLP, 7 years working at Dixon Hughes (Forvis) as a manager in their healthcare consulting practice. Paul has also been employed with Ernst and Young and KPMG as members of the of their national health care consulting practices. Paul was employed by Augusta University Health in Augusta, Georgia as a Manager of Reimbursement. He also worked as an auditor in audit and reimbursement for a Medicare Fiscal Intermediary (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Chicago).

Mr. Morse is a Manager of Finance and Regulatory and he works out of the Philadelphia, PA office. Prior to joining TPR, he worked for Holy Redeemer Health System, North Philadelphia Health System and Wills Eye Hospital.  In addition, Mr. Morse worked for both large and small Nursing Home Chains and Management Companies.  He has over 30 years of Reimbursement experience in Pennsylvania which includes working with Hospitals, Long Term Care Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Home Health Agencies and Federally Qualified Health Centers. He has worked with Reimbursement and Finance Staff, General Counsel, Patient Accounting, Charge Master, Corporate Compliance, Information Systems, Operations and Clinical Staff.  Mr. Morse has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Penn State University and holds the CMA and FHFMA designations.

Joel has nearly 30 years experience in the Information Technology realm. He has supported many businesses to growth in all areas of I/T.  Joel brings a strong emphasis to the TPR team’s security and productivity gains. He has assisted TPR for nine years.

While assisting in keeping TPR and it’s systems HIPAA and SOC2 compliant, Joel continues to focus on protection of company assets and user support.

Bradley is the Director of Technology and Data Services at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of Charlotte, NC.

Prior to joining TPR, Brad specialized in data management for a “Big Four” Health Care Advisor practice. Mr. Juopperi primarily utilizes his background in technology & data analysis to address various issues impacting Medicare reimbursement for healthcare clients. This involves working with clients and healthcare experts throughout the country to effectively analyze complex sets of data, appropriately handle any data anomalies, and meaningfully present findings to translate into actionable advice.

Brad has continued working in a similar role as a data management and analytic lead for TPR.  He has over 18 years of experience working with ACL data analytic technology developing scripts and writing programs to meet an array of client objectives on numerous engagements. His programming defines deep data relationships and detects data anomalies in large, complex data sets to meet critical business needs as defined through interaction with clients, fiscal intermediaries, internal healthcare teams, and other healthcare and technology professionals.  

Brad has created programs for a variety of healthcare projects, which include DSH, Bad Debts, Uncompensated Care, Wage Index, Medical Education, Charity Care, §1115 Medicaid Waiver, and Organ Acquisition. He has also developed proprietary programs to query the CMS HCRIS and MEDPAR Databases and has architected models to identify potential opportunity for providers across the country which has helped result in significant unrealized reimbursement recouped to providers.  He has also worked with CMS PUF files to build complex models and calculations to specifically identify reimbursement impacts relating to Wage Index on a local and national level.  His experience also includes building extraction models to retrieve data from a variety of healthcare reports that are not readily available in a useable format.

Bradley graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2003, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Decision & Information Science. Bradley also graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s Degree in 2004, from the University of Florida, majoring in Decision & Information Science.

Kory serves as the Technology and Data Services Manager at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With a background in forestry and manufacturing analysis, he excels at streamlining processes, data handling, and automating tasks.  Proficient in Audit Command Language, Python, SQL, TIBCO Spotfire, and SAS, Kory adeptly transforms complex data into actionable insights.

In his role at TPR, Kory specializes in the analysis of complex healthcare datasets for Medicare reporting accuracy.  He is versed in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, mastering various data manipulation techniques for hospital pattern identification.  His ability to distill and relay his findings to stakeholders complements his consultancy on regulatory matters related to hospital Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and clinical operations.

Shaun is a seasoned big data specialist with a proven track record of making an impact in the world of finance and healthcare analytics. With a foundation in Wall Street's fast-paced environment, he honed his expertise in investigating data anomalies and developing research that played a pivotal role in refining pricing methodologies at his investment bank.

Today, Shaun brings his analytical and programming skills to the forefront at TPR, where he has become the driving force in the development of the S-10 data pipeline.  He has worked with CMS PUF and HCRIS data to create complex benchmarking models on a provider and system level; these models have been critical in identifying specific opportunities and potential areas for Medicare reimbursement. 

With an innate talent for transforming data into actionable insights, Shaun is a valuable asset in any data-driven project, consistently delivering results that drive growth and innovation.  His technology stack includes Python, Pandas, Selenium, ACL and SQL.

Jaime is a Senior Associate of Technology and Data Services at TPR LLC and works out of TPR Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. He joined TPR in January of 2020. 

Jaime is an accomplished data professional with a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. He has excelled in roles at renowned healthcare institutions, including Moffitt Cancer Center and BayCare Health System, the latter being a frequent recipient of the IBM Watson Health 100 Top Hospital award. At these institutions, Jaime played pivotal roles in compiling and analyzing data to inform management decisions in Nursing Administration and Quality. 

Jaime is proficient in coding languages such as Python, Power Query M, and SQL. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Political Science (Pre-Law Track).

Colin is an Associate of Technology and Data Services at Third Party Reimbursement Solutions, LLC (TPR) and is based out of Greensboro, NC.
 
Prior to joining TPR, Colin worked as an analyst in the insurance industry at Lincoln Financial Group and TriNet. His trademark skills are reverse-engineering system behavior, automating complex processes, and fixing problems before they happen. In the past this has involved tools like Excel, SQL, VBA and Python but he's also excited at the possibility of leveraging AI at the endpoints of data pipelines.
 
Colin graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2008.
